Working out times Availability ?
We all lead busy lives, and when it comes to booking appointments, clear communication is key.
To make the process as smooth as possible, I kindly ask that you provide your availability when requesting a booking.
Please read this carefully. Ignoring these instructions will likely cause problems with your booking. Let’s avoid that.
Why is this important?
It shows commitment: By providing your availability upfront, you demonstrate that you’re serious about booking an appointment.
It saves time: Instead of going back and forth with multiple messages, we can quickly find a time that works for both of us.
It helps me prioritise: Knowing your availability helps me efficiently schedule appointments and ensure everyone gets the time they need.
How to provide your availability:
Please be specific! Instead of just saying “I’m free today if you are”, tell me – “I’m available on weekdays between 10am and 2pm” or “My weekends are open after 1pm till about 9pm.”
Let me know which days work best for you (weekdays, weekends, or specific days of the week).
Include any location preferences you may have.
Considering travel time:
Please factor in your travel time when providing your availability. If you say you’re available until 9:00pm, that means you wish to finish at 9:00pm, not be back home.
You’re booking my time, not your travel time.
This will help us avoid any confusion or last-minute changes.

Answering my questions:
When I send you a text asking for your availability, the length of your desired appointment, and what you’re looking for, please answer all of my questions.
If you don’t know an answer, please acknowledge that you don’t know, rather than ignoring the question. This will help streamline the booking process and ensure we’re both on the same page.
Ignoring my questions is a red flag, and I prefer to work with clients who are respectful of my time.
